Ohio is amidst a deadly struggle with addiction to drugs and alcohol. Aware Recovery Care, a uniquely effective, Yale-inspired, in-home addiction treatment program, now serves Ohio and is ready to help you or someone you love recover fully from alcohol and/or drug addiction.

Your multidisciplinary rehabilitation team includes a Medical Director, Psychiatric Provider (Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner), Care Coordinator (Nurse, Social Worker: coordinates with Primary Care Provider), Family Education Facilitator, Individual Therapist, Family Therapist, and two Client Recovery Advisors (CRAs), among others.
