Aware accepts most commercial insurance plans with qualified benefits and is in-network with the following providers:
Aware Recovery Care accepts Original Medicare (Part B) and is contracted with select Medicare Advantage organizations. Participation in Medicare or Medicare Advantage does not imply endorsement by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Coverage is subject to individual plan and location.
Private pay
