Aware Recovery Care’s Innovative Addiction Rehabilitation Treatment Approach Is Simple, Direct, & It Works. Our Core Belief Is That Every Person Deserves & Can Achieve Lasting Recovery - In The Home.

We believe strongly that recovery is a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives and strive to reach their full potential. Recovery is built on access to evidence-based clinical treatment and recovery support services…

In-Home Addiction TreatmentTM

Aware Recovery Care’s unique and innovative In-home Addiction Treatment (IHATTM) program was founded on the research supported idea that recovery in the “real-world” leads to far better rehabilitation results. In fact, extensive research has shown that receiving integrated medical care and compassionately monitored support in the home promotes lasting recovery, improves outcomes, and increases the patient’s overall physical and psychological well-being.

The Aware Recovery Care multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team for each and every client is led by an Addiction Psychiatrist and supported by a Licensed Specialty Care Coordinator, a Family Wellness Liason, A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, an Individual Therapist, and two Certified Recovery Advisors (CRATM). These specially trained in-home addiction treatment care teams are dispatched all over the states of Connecticut, New Hampshire and Southern Maine to deliver individualized addiction rehab treatment services in the home. Our care teams utilize a wide range of the latest hybrid evidence-based practices and innovative technologies to give our clients the very best chance to maintain long-term recovery, health, and wellness.

At Aware Recovery Care, we provide a truly person and family-centered approach, involving family members or loved ones in our clients' treatment plan as essential supports. The family as well as the client benefits from the Aware Recovery Care program.

Nutrition Assessment and Consultation

One of the many Aware Recovery Care advantages - Nutritional Assessments and Consultation.

There is emerging evidence to suggest that diet and nutrition play an important role in recovery from addiction. Most people who have been actively addicted to a substance have developed poor nutritional habits.

As a result, each client that works with Aware Recovery Care undergoes a thorough nutrition assessment and consultation with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). We see it as a critically important component of Aware Recovery Care’s 52-week Bio-psycho-social Treatment Curriculum.
