Aware Recovery Care Works With Referring Clinicians To Form A Comprehensive Treatment Team
We realize that treating clients with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) at an outpatient level of care can be complicated. For some clients, meeting on a weekly individual basis may be adequate, however, for others this may not provide an accurate nor comprehensive clinical picture of how they are functioning in all domains of their life.
Aware Recovery Care allows referring clinicians to become part of a supportive treatment team while allowing you to continue treating your client. Outpatient clinicians have reported that having Aware Recovery Care licensed nurses, licensed social workers and certified recovery advocates traveling to client’s homes, providing additional family support and conducting alcohol and drug testing provides additional clinical data that improves the quality of their treatment. Aware Recovery Care services can be flexible and may be appropriate for clients with SUD by:
- Becoming a new home-based treatment option for clients who have relapsed after attending various traditional residential treatment centers, sober living and intensive outpatient programs
- Allowing your client to continue to live in their home, working at their job or staying in school instead of being referred to a residential treatment program
- Fulfilling an appropriate aftercare plan for your client who is returning from residential treatment and needs additional support and accountability beyond weekly individual appointments
Please contact us with any questions that you may have about how we can collaborate with you and/or if you have a client who may be an appropriate fit for Aware Recovery Care services.
