Position Summary:
The Family Wellness Manager works as part of a multidisciplinary Addiction Care Team and is responsible for overseeing the Family Education and Family Systems Therapy Departments of Aware Recovery Care. Additionally, the Family Wellness Manager serves as a pivotal resource for ARC Care Teams, clients, and their loved ones.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attends weekly Case Review meetings with multidisciplinary ARC Care Team and offers clinical input
- Attends weekly Family Wellness meetings with Family Education Liaison, Family Education Facilitators, and Family Systems Therapy Liaison
- Attends Family Meetings with Care Coordinators, Crisis Prevention Specialist, CRAs, and CRA Managers when asked to offer systemic input
- Oversees the Family Education and Family Systems Therapy Departments and directly manages the Family Education Liaison and Family Systems Therapy Liaison
- Meets regularly with direct reports to ensure high quality of client care
- In collaboration with the Family Education Liaison and Family Systems Therapy Liaison, tracks all data related to the Family Wellness Program. This includes the number of participants and sessions attended in regards to Family Education and Family Systems Therapy.
- Partners with outside providers to bring in on-site trainings.
- Regularly offers training to direct reports and all staff in Family Wellness-related topics
- When necessary, provides in-home and on-site advisory to families that are clinically complex
- Provide supervision to Family Wellness staff
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution, licensed Social Worker, or other appropriate higher education level determined by the Human Resources Department.
- Minimum of 2 years working in the Substance Use field

Timekeeping & Punching:
- All non-exempt employees are required to use the timekeeping system to record their hours worked. Non-exempt employees are required to clock in/out for time off and other leave tracking purposes.
- Employees should clock in no sooner than five minutes before their schedule shift and clock out no later than five minutes after their scheduled shift. Additionally, employees are required to clock in/out for their designated lunch periods. The length of the lunch period should have the agreement of the employee’s manager. Lunch periods are unpaid time when employees are relieved of all duties.
- Waiver of the lunch period requires prior approval of the employee’s manager. Under no circumstance may the waiver of the lunch period result in overtime work.
- Should an employee miss an entry into the timekeeping system, the employee will notify their manager as soon possible for correction. Employees may not ask another employee to clock in/out for them.
- Accurate time reporting is a federal and state wage and hour requirement, and employees are required to comply. Failing to enter time into the timekeeping system in an accurate and timely manner is unacceptable job performance.
- Non-exempt employees are not permitted to work overtime or unscheduled time without prior authorization from their manager. This includes clocking in early, clocking out late, or working through the scheduled lunch period.
